We have been providing engineering services mainly for automotive and systems development since our foundation in 1980 as former BEST Design Co., Ltd.
through to the formation of current BEX Inc. by a merger between BEST Design Co., Ltd. and BEST Industries Ltd.
With our officers renewed at the beginning of 2009, we will push forward to become "a company that gives a feeling of the future," in which the organization and the employees can attain their dreams and goals under the slogan of "Be a True Engineering Company."
Today, the world economic conditions are changing rapidly, bringing about many unexpected events and making it difficult to predict their outcomes?how strong the wind will be and which direction it will come from. However, whatever winds the future brings, we will not turn our attention away from it and instead think about how to overcome it.
We will turn it to an opportunity to unleash our true potential.
We want employees to (1) value their thoughtfulness and the attitude of reshaping any jobs from scratch, instead of doing whatever they are told to; (2) set their own goals in accordance with the company policy; and (3) work toward those goals based on the shared emotions and the eight principles of the theory of evolution.
This will allow them to move closer to the goal and consequently feel a sense of accomplishment in their jobs.
Addressing their duties with such an attitude and their own words and actions will create a situation where people around them recognize their value.
Accomplishment in such a situation will give them confidence and motivate them to take action toward achieving the next level.
The outcome will create a positive spiral.
We are confident that if we build a structure in which this kind of DNA is DROPped (passed) to all those concerned, our organization and company will be able to have a stronger spirit that will take us to the next level and let us evolve.
To make great strides in our 30th anniversary year, we will further promote the 3I activities and make utmost efforts throughout the company.
