The Way To Innovator

Based on experiences in development projects in many fields and our original training programs, we develop professional human assets (resources), while embodying customers' visions by delivering the results they want. This way, we serve as a bridge to technology for them.

To better serve as a bridge, individual employees aim to become an "innovative engineer" by improving their expertise through the acquisition of cutting-edge techniques and the participation in training programs,etc. They expand their field of activity to various sectors by evolving from a professional to a knowledge worker and innovator as they follow our original initiatives, such as sharing know-how and implementing the work cycle.

Our engineers address challenges with the belief that they should devote all their energies into every challenge, large and small alike, so that they can reach the moment to feel the pleasure of thinking, struggling, and creating as engineers and the joy of developing themselves through difficulties. With our business philosophy DROP in mind, they will pass this strong "spirit" on to many generations ahead like a waterfall (as water flows from a higher place to a lower place).

By letting all the employees share know-how, we aim to support customers' visions with technology as an innovator.

Technology

We have an efficient work cycle without strain or waste by accurately understanding the customer's request to identify the requirements, matching them with experiences and cutting-edge technologies in the pertinent fields to compare similarities and dissimilarities, identifying the essential requirements for construction, and incorporating our original construction methods.

Without being complacent about this, we incorporate know-how gained in a work cycle into the next work cycle for constant improvement, and smoothly respond to changes in the platform or the environment. To satisfy customers with this work cycle, we are further improving results and quality by capitalizing on our technology and continuing growth.

We share a broad spectrum of know-how gained from our track record and experiences in various fields, and implement training programs to develop human assets (resources) that can serve as "knowledge workers and innovators" that can resolve any challenges.
